Defective/Damaged Product
Unfortunately, on odd occasions, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If you think that you received a defective product, please check the instruction manual first to ensure that the device was set up and used correctly. If the device is still not working or if the device has damage that prevents it from working, please email us at support@thedentalpodco.com and send us a video of the items you received showing their defect/damage and we will provide a free replacement.
I Am Not Satisfied With the Product
To prove how much confidence we have in our products and the value they provide to you, we are offering a 90-day money-back guarantee that begins only when you receive the product. If you are not satisfied with our Dental Pod, you need to return the item(s) to us so we can process a refund.
How do I return something?
Our Returns Policy time frame is 90 days from when an order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product/s to us for assessment, repair, or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
At The Dental Pod Co., we work hard to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Part of that experience is our easy and efficient return policy. In order to make sure that your return is processed properly, please reach out to us first at support@thedentalpodco.com so we can provide you with the return address closest to you and send you the return authorization form.
Orders returned to a different address may result in a delayed or denied refund or exchange. Also, if the returned item has no return form, we will not process any refunds. So please reach out to us first, and we'll be happy to help you initiate the return process.
When you’re shipping your items back to us, please make sure to include the return authorization form either inside or outside the parcel to make sure it will be processed accordingly. Once we receive your package, we will quality-check it to ensure there is no damage and then process a refund for you.
We suggest using a mailing option that allows you to track your package to ensure that we receive it. Please wrap your package carefully, as we won't be able to process your exchange or refund if the product has been damaged.

Please take note of the following when returning the item:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must be in perfect or in like new condition
Additional to take note of: Make sure that the item is in the same condition as they received: Packaging is not torn or scratched, the unit is clean (wipe away all stains and make sure there are no scratches), the plug is inside. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Form on any returns. Any condition failed means a full refund will not be processed.
Disclaimer: Returned items with broken packaging or not in their original product packaging will result in a deduction from the refund.
